Beyond Affirmations, Will Power and Positive Thinking

The majority of our beliefs are formed between ages 0-7 – everything we hear, see, and feel is stored in the subconscious level of the mind, below the level of conscious awareness. They create perceptual filters through which we respond to life's challenges and since they are below our conscious awareness, we are not aware of them, they become our ’auto-pilot’ programs: they form the basis for our actions and reactions to every upcoming situations in our lives. They become our attitudes - we ’automatically’ act, behave, and think according to these beliefs.

To be able to change a belief, we need processes that can reach this subconscious part of our mind.

How does all this occur from a neuroscientific perspective? While we were all born with the natural ability to simultaneously utilize both sides of the celebral cortex, life experiences often trigger a dominance of one side over the other when responding to situations. The more emotionally charged the experience (usually traumatic), the more likely it will be stored for future reference, and the more likely we will automatically over-identify with only one hemisphere when faced with similar experiences in the future.

With PSYCH-K®, we can access the subconscious level of the mind. By effectively reducing unwanted stress in the hemispheres, we have the ability to reprogram our limitations into new, self-enhancing beliefs. This process brings about a deeper sense of peace and satisfaction mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

How does PSYCH-K® work?

The recent neuroscientific studies show that the highest level of brain function occurs when both hemispheres (the logical and the creative side) of the brain are engaged simultaneously, so when the 'Whole-Brain State' has been created. This unique state of consciousness allows for high-speed mindset change, expanded creativity, as well as dramatically improving problem solving and overall performance. From a neuroscience point of view, Whole-Brain State is a bilateral, symmetrical brain wave pattern. When the brain has these

wave patterns we are relaxed, receptive and reprogrammable.

PSYCH-K® Balance is a process designed to create this Whole-Brain State which transform any subconscious resistance you have to achieving your goal.

When working with PSYCH-K® - in-person, online or via phone - we rely on kinesiology, muscle testing which is often used to establish a communication system to accurately detect subconscious truths held within us. (To find out more about muscle testing, please visit the FAQ section.)

What happens on a PSYCH-K® session?

While working together we focus on what you are moving toward, rather than what you are moving away from. Therefore you do not need to recall past memories/events and you are awake and conscious throughout the entire change process.

While a Balance creates potential at the subconscious level, you create results through your actions at the conscious level. Therefore after each Balance we create an action plan, so that the conscious mind will have the evidence of things are changing because you will be able to actually do things that previously you weren't able to do. (Sometimes you will automatically  start to act differently just as a consequence of a Balance, sometimes you will have to plan for an action step and do it.)

How many PSYCH-K® sessions do you need?

Each individual is a different Universe and PSYCH-K® is a ‘taylor-made’ process, so you decide the number of sessions you would like to have.
One session may create the profound changes you wished for or you may want to have several sessions, as layers of beliefs revealed, leading to deeper levels of change and new self awareness.
Some people may notice some kind of change or transformation during the session, or immediately after, while for others, the change will come in the following days, weeks. (The process continues during the following days and weeks.)
